This Privacy Policy explains how 4S Security LLC ("4S Security," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Telemetri Vantage display application (the "App") for iPhone and iPad. The App is a display client for the Telemetri Cloud occupancy service (the "Service"): once paired to an organizati it shows live occupancy figures for a chosen space.
This policy covers the App. Data processed within the Telemetri Cloud Service on behalf of an organization is governed by that
organization's agreement with 4S Security.
Summary
The App is designed to show occupancy figures on a display and does little else. We do not collect personal information about the people
who use or view the display, we use no advertising or do not sell personal information.
Information the App collects
- Pairing credentials (stored on your device). To conzation's account, the App exchanges a one‑time pairingcode for access tokens. These tokens are stored on the device in the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain) and are used only
to keep the display connected. They remain on the deve credential is revoked.
- Device label sent to the Service. When pairing, the App sends a basic device label (a device name and device type, e.g. "iPad") to the Service so an administrator can identify the display in the portal. This label describes a device or location, not an individual.
- Occupancy and configuration data received from the Service. The App requests and displays information such as current occupancy counts, capacity, space names, branding, and display settings for your organization. This information is provided by the Service for display;
the App does not create or upload it.
The App does not collect your name, email, contacts, n (GPS), health data, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. It contains no third‑party advertising or analytics software.
Camera
The App can use the device camera solely to scan the pairing QR code shown in the Telemetri Cloud portal. Camera images are processed on
the device to read the code and are not stored, savedo pair by typing the code manually instead of using the camera.
How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- pair the display with your organization's account and keep it connected;
- retrieve and display live occupancy and related conselect; and
- maintain the security and reliability of the App and Service.
We do not use this information for advertising, profi or websites.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Information is transmitted only
between the App and the Telemetri Cloud Service operancrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. We may discloseinformation if required by law or to protect our rights, and we may use service providers that host or support the Service under
confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
Pairing credentials are retained on the device until e credential is revoked by an administrator. Occupancyand configuration data are fetched for real‑time display and are not permanently stored by the App.
Security
Connections between the App and the Service use industry‑standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and pairing credentials are held in the device's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
Children's privacy
The App is a business/venue display tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the Eonsumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access,correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because the App is operated on behalf of the organization that paired it, requests are typically directed to that organization; you may also contact us using the details below and we will assist or route your request appropriately.
International transfers
The Service may process information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such
transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
